Deluxe | 100 hours to make a difference

Editing

To celebrate their 100th anniversary, Deluxe launched the 100 Hours to Make a Difference program, which awarded select employees 100 hours of paid time off to volunteer for vital organizations across the country. Deluxe selected 17 employees to use their 100 hours to benefit organizations in various different fields such as education, poverty, spinal recovery, LGBTQ equality, disease awareness and many more. Volunteering is a vital and important component to Deluxe and is well supported by its employees. It is incredible for company to create this opportunity and the stories that emerged were equally enriching.

Working together with the agency, Fast Horse, and production company, Capture, I created and edited the videos of the selected stories from the 17 chosen employees. It was rewarding to be able to work on a project benefiting so many people. Each of their stories demonstrate the importance of volunteering, not only to a community, but to the volunteer as well.  Through the creation of these individual stories, it was great to see not only the benefit each volunteer made to their unique cause, but also the difference Deluxe is making on a larger scale.  Please take a moment to look at each of the volunteer's heartwarming stories below.
